I have experience of consulting, coaching and mentoring officers, managers, leaders, elected members, groups and teams in political, organisational culture, businesses and independent professionals in Wales and beyond. I have supported and seen results, not just for the individuals, but also for the development of their services.

I lead at the forefront of encouraging the use of the Welsh language in the world of organisational, professional and business development. I am the only person who has completed the ILM 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification through the medium of Welsh and I continue to inspire by pushing boundaries and taking risks when acting innovatively. Not just by encouraging professional development in the Welsh language - but by encouraging others to be  innovative and push boundaries, whatever their professional field or aspirations

Personally, I am a mother, a wife and triathlete. My personal values are very important to me. I strongly believe in developing services that have strong ethical values and that benefit all levels of society.
